Remove win::*_last
A side effect of this is that some window properties are allowed to
change during fade-in/out. (e.g. window background can become blurred
during window fade out if window properties changed so blur is requirired).
But it is unclear what is the expected behaviour in this case anyway, so we
choose the one that is simpler to implement.

Compton

This is a development branch, bug to be expected

This is forked from the original Compton because that seems to have become unmaintained.

The current battle plan of this fork is to refactor it to make the code possible to maintain, so potential contributors won't be scared away when they take a look at the code.

We also try to fix bugs.
